Added Hugo

I think this stage was going to come sooner or later. I was trying to write some code on my own for improving this blog. But given the cluster fuck frontend development has become nowadays, I thought why the hell am I bent on reinventing the wheel again and again. So I Googled around for a little while, settled on Hugo (damn it’s fast!) and selected a minimalistic theme.

This end result is not exactly what I envisioned for this blog but it’s pretty close.
